The Triton Clapton coil is designed to produce both dense vapor and vivid flavor by increasing surface area exposed to the wicking material.  The Clapton coil itself is created by wrapping a thinner gauge wire around the coil's main wire, which is then fashioned around organic cotton.  The Triton Clapton coil operates at 0.5 ohm resistance and is recommended for use at 40 - 45 watts.
