Due to regulations, an adult signature is required on all shipments containing nicotine products which includes 0mg, this service adds an additional $8.50 to the cost of shipping.
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received:
- Retail orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 – 2 business days.
- Wholesale orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days.
We guarantee that all packages leave our store properly sealed and in good condition. However, we cannot guarantee the condition of your package once it leaves our possession. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the courier service first.
Important Notice:
- If your package is returned to us because an adult was not available to sign for it, or because the address was entered incorrectly, the cost of shipping will not be refunded. Please ensure that your address is accurate and that an adult will be present to sign for the delivery.
International Purchasing and Shipping
Due to various financial and import restrictions, we are unable to conduct business with all countries. If your country is not listed in the billing/shipping options at checkout, we currently cannot fulfill your order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As international import laws are constantly changing, we cannot guarantee that your order will pass through customs, and if it does, we cannot guarantee its condition upon arrival. We ensure that all packages leave our store in good condition, but we cannot offer refunds or replacements if your package does not pass through customs, fails to reach you, or arrives in poor condition. Please check with your local postal office or government for information on import laws.
Return Policy
At Jvapes, we take pride in offering only the highest quality e-liquids. Every bottle is handmade as a fresh batch, adhering to our strict standards.

Return Policy on Defective Merchandise
Defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us at customerservice@jvapes.com or visit one of our locations to initiate the return process. For unused broken glass, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged items. Note that Clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Once we receive the defective merchandise, we will replace the defective item with a new and working one. Should an item be inspected and deemed not defective, you will be contacted and the item will be returned to you. Should an item be inspected, deemed defective, and we are not able to replace the defective merchandise; we will issue a refund for the full purchase price of the defective merchandise. Shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Do not send packages back to the address you received them from, they will be refused. Do not send any item without contacting customerservice@jvapes.com or visiting your nearest Jvapes Lounge first. Returns must be accepted at the post office within 2 weeks after our Customer Service department has been contacted or your return will be canceled. The buyer is responsible for all return postage on authorized returns as well as refused or rejected returns.
